    Looks a nice unit but might make more sense to buy this one and do a reno with the $35k left over.

    Are you buying as a home or investment?

    If you're chasing yield and don't have the means to get into a house it might do OK long term, however I don't believe Albury/Wodonga has enough employment/immigration drivers to push growth or rental value in the near future.

    Personally I'd prefer an older house with some land if buying in a regional centre.

    Although if you bought 10 of these and the hyperloop went ahead you'd be laughing :)

    After strata fees ($3200/yr!), you'd be negatively geared.
    Not worth it.

    The street and in particular those units and the neighboring property have a poor to extremely poor reputation in the lavington area. Whilst the area is cleaning up I'd avoid them
