    Hi guys,
We are planning on buying PPR and were considering buying a unit/townhouse in Inner NW typically constructed on ~200 sqm.

But I know that land size does matter a lot so quite confused now.

What would be better buy a unit/townhouse in lets say Glenroy or a house on l400-450sqm land a liitle further from city e.g Greenvale.

    Thanks in advance.

The size of the land matters based on what you want the land for. Is it for capital growth? Is it to entertain outdoors? Grow vegies? Space for a pool? Do you have a large dog? Maybe you dont care about the size of the land and what matters to you is the house itself or the location of the suburb. We dont expect you to tell us the answers to these questions on a public discussion, but they are suggestions for you to consider why the size matters to you.
