    Hi All,

    Could you please recommend good builders to build units in Melbourne West, in particular Werribee area? What is the avarage built cost per sq if it is for 1 3bed 1bath 1car around 120sq (incl garage) at the back of an existing dwelling. If it is for 2x 3bed 1bath 1car 120sq each on a vacant land (rectangle block), what is the cost? Specs is basic, no fancy stuff. Many thanks.
