Here's a fun one! I've often thought what is possible thinking outside the development box to add value to your property/ site/ location E.g -Motocross and mountain bike tracks, walk trails etc -boat marinas -advertising rights, permits, locations -air rights -house relocation -lease rights -open water usage permits -storage facilities -camp grounds, motels, caravan parks etc Just to name a few! I know for simplicity's sake we have an overview- commercial, residential and special purpose.. But that's no fun.
