    New bee here, need some help for 1st IP. I am looking at a property and trying to understand if it will be possible to do a granny later on. From the contract of sale I can see there are easement to drain water, sewerage and sydney water on the back of the property.
    How can I have a measurement to know upto where I can build or my usable land size to build or extend?
    I have attached service map of different kind for reference.
