    What your opinion on Munster?
    Close to beach, Fremantle and Cockburn.Looks much better than success and Hammond Park.

    Well from a brief search, its only villas that are available with that budget, wouldn't be a bad buy if you are planning to hold, but I think you can do better with 400k.
    Really it comes down to your goals and how you think you are going to acheive it.

    Seems like there is a lot of supply in Munster, so was but sceptical.
    As you suggested, seems to a fantastic place for someone who is on a tight budget and wants to be close to city and beach.Hilton also looks nice.

    I am not sure, are there a lot of supply in Munster? Not an area I am looking into so I havent got a clue.

    Kingsley has a few duplex halves under $400,000. Ten minutes drive to Sorrento Beach. Easy access to freeway and main Roads. Train and buses.
