Hello, This is my first time posting on the forum. My goal is to get into property development. I'm currently trying to build my knowledge base through general research and learning the council zones. Do you have any advice/tips on learning to fully understand the Council Zones, specifically related to SA? I'm also looking for an Accountant that specialises in property development if anyone has any recommendations? Thanks in Advance!
most councils have DCP/LEP, planning control on their website. that will be a good start. networking with local property developer may help you with identifying area, zoning etc!
Thanks Be Developer. I've been reading the DCP/LEP Planning on Council websites but find it a little confusing. I've looked on your site and saw that you'd broken it down a little to simplify it 'Zoning Jargo -Vic'. Is this somewhat similar to SA?
