    Yup, you are right. Many agents still are advertising with offers about. I think about 210 agents or 250 (some figure like that) have received warnings for not following the new legislation

    @Gockie I think price guide is the best. say if you were a buyer and saw the range: $500,000-$550,000. What would you offer and would you want to go past $550k at auction even if you saw more value in it, I would assume most buyers would be hesitant. I wouldn't want to if I was buying
