Type/Level of services from a BAs?

    Hi all,

    Do BAs offer different type/levels of service or do they only provide the whole end-to-end service from identification to negotiation/purchase? Two types of service I am interested in are:
    1. An assessment of a property I have chosen, either desktop only or including a site inspection
    2. A short list of suburbs to target with supporting evidence/data for those suburbs if I provide criteria of the types of property I am looking for
    Considering getting some advice whilst I look for an IP in Sydney.
