Has anyone considered this suburb for investment?

Well, I'm sure somebody has. There's investment properties all over Australia, you know.

There are some really nice houses there but it’s not on the beach. For that price bracket I think you’re better off looking at a suburb next to the beach. Twin Waters has the canals but unless someone owns a boat it’s not really a plus. Note also that the SC has boomed over the past 4-5 years. Many people think that it has about peaked. It slowed down last year, but then a another wave of sea changes moved here (due to COVID?). Not sure how much steam is left. Job opportunities are limited and pay is not great so that does limit the potential for growth.
