Chatter in circles at my work indicates a bit of interest around the Tweed as a investment to lifestyle strategy. I.e buy and let it out and then use as holiday home in retirement. I noticed some house and land packages around Mt warning which would target fhb. They would likely commute to work on the GC Larger blocks for established properties on Tweed river seem to be around 5 + acres size
