Sure. But I suspect that the Syrians don't want to give any concessions to their close friends the Israelis without a quid pro quo. Especially when it concerns a man who caused them so much damage.

Oh I completely understand that and don't expect them to. That's war. It's ugly but necessary at times.

Dont forget, Israel never started the 6 day war, it was defending itself when the nations surrounded it wanted to destroy it. Israel was vastly outnumbered and yet still kicked ass on all fronts in only 6 days.

    Dam from movies to politics.

I've just finished watching "Old People's Home for 4 year Olds" on ABC TV - Old People's Home For 4 Year Olds

It's a documentary showing a group of four year olds visiting a group of adults in an old people's home and watching how both groups grow. It's a wonderfully positive show, watching them interact, and seeing how they change over the seven weeks they are together (shown over five episodes). Very highly recommended, especially to anybody with elderly family members.

Series 2 coming April 24. Ricky Gervais at his best - a very poignant and heartfelt series.

Did you see series 1 of After Life?

He's rather the antithesis of his character in Derek - which was also excellent.
