    Is this an under rated suburb? Is there more opportunity for growth considering all the neighbouring suburbs are on the rise?

    I think it is definitely a place to consider.

    It may be a bit depressed at the moment due to actual air travel being down, but logistics and transport are still big employers in the area.

    I think the Castle was filmed at a house in Strathmore, bordering Essendon Airport.
