    Is the land size comparable?
    You also have to look at parking as some have extra large spaces with seperate storage, I would pay 50k extra for storage and a larger lockup garage.
    But yes the general consensus is prices have gone up due to more certainty, although i didnt think the apartment market was that strong.
    I have noticed a lack of supply in both houses and apartments so maybe that is playing a part?
