    Hi Guys,

    It's been a while, hope you all well.

    I am in the process of hunting down a tax guru that can assist us in the property game.
    Someone who specializes in Trust tax, Property Development, CGT, GST, and general tax related.

    Preferably located somewhere in East or South East Melbourne.

    What type of company setup do u need to do if we need to buy a resendintial block of land valued $550k to avoid land tax can u put a light on this thanks
