Trust - Land Tax pre 2008

    Hi all,

    In 2006 we had a trust structure created to purchase (NSW) property. We understand that in 2008 the land tax act was amended, identifying most trusts as special trusts and not entitled to a land tax threshold.

    Is anyone aware if pre - 2008, trusts were entitled to a land tax threshold.
