I was wondering if anyone has used Trilogy Funding for brokerage? If so, are you happy with their services? I have used Mortgage Choice in the past but wondering if these guys are good for IP advice. I receive newsletters from them and they seem to be across many aspects of property investing, along with a lot of info on their website.

Ed Nixon used to be a member and post on Somersoft, Ed was very good to deal with.

Are you looking for IP advice or Broking services?

I don't know their service all to well, but definitely respect their work and knowledge of lending.

They're very knowledgeable, definitely better than your average mortgage choice. By a million miles.

I understand Trilogy has a number of brokers (employees), so you have to understand the experience, track record etc of the broker allocated to you (as opposed to Ed himself). I prefer to go with smaller brokers where I deal with the principal themselves, but that's just me.

(oh and the brokers here are very generous with their time, adding to the brains trust that is PC :D)

True that, it happens as companies become successful and people move up the ladders

I used Trilogy funding long time ago, I think it was back in 2009 or 2010.
They are great in terms of property investing lending knowledge and customer service.
If they have an office in Sydney. I will definitely go and work for them.

But again, as Mac Fields said there are many good brokers on the forum who you can deal with principal direct.

Find someone suitable for you. As property investing journey is a marathon, a right suitable professional on your team can make your journey insightful and more enjoyable.:)
