I briefly had a thread on here when a lady bought a house in Tregear asking about the location of nursery schools on the area! (Obviously she didn't do too much due diligence if she was asking that question...)

Anyway, an update, found this on my facebook feed from the same lady today. I think she made the best of the situation and perhaps took heed of the comments on her post! :)

Not much of a technology person but why do you have so many apps running? Wouldn't this drain your battery life?

I hope she is not trying to PM that herself. Out of curiosity, did a quick search on RE and domain and did not find the property.

Contrary to popular belief, there are nice people that live in Tregear.

I would suggest that you educate this lady. If she's self managing, and through Facebook, no less, she is going to end up with drop kick tenants. It looks like she has no idea at all, and is going to get a very expensive lesson.
