Tree trimming / gardening - Sydney north shore

Please recommend a gardener / gardening company for the Sydney north shore areas (Artarmon, Chatswood, Willoughby). We need to have tall trees in our front yard and back yard trimmed to the fence levels. We have just returned home after a number of years living overseas. A relative living in our home has not kept up the maintenance of the trees. We used to have a gardener who trimmed our trees twice a year to keep them tidy. These trees are now 3x higher than what we would like them to be. It is winter and a number of trees have no leaf, a good time to trim them? Thanks.

 

Just want to update: We had 2 quotes for trimming the trees (some were dead and diseased) and taking the green waste to the tip. Both were around $1,700. We got them done with one.
