    Seems a little high, call up a few locals and get a price. Send them the pics you have.

    Is that tree on your block or your neighbours?
    I'll do it for 800 if you can't find cheaper

    Local handyman or lawn guy should be able to quote that and I would think apart from small labour and tipping its not a major job. Its not a large and heavy "limb". A few hundred?

    Got another quote back for $250, what a massive difference. Makes me wonder if the property manager was mates with original company.
