My g/friends uncle owns several of these in Atlanta and Florida, purely cash flow/cash cows. My understanding is there is a problem for US investors in terms of bank finance. I think as a foreign investor would not be my cup of tea, I know the maintenance etc involved in buying houses, let alone trailer parks. As far as the link goes, no thanks would not be interested in renting to sex offenders. Creative idea In US many probably don't realise you can actually find out who the sex offenders are in your area, even find photos of them on line. Amazing what is disclosed.
