Trading Platform query - cash account funding and live prices

    Hi PC Members,

    Can anyone please educate me on trading platforms that don't require funds available in a cash account in advance? I currently use Commsec, which is great in that it allows me to get funds into the trading cash account by settlement day. The negative I have found is that trading fees get high when purchasing a higher amount (as it is % fee). While trading platforms like Selfwealth have a flat $9.50 trading fee, you need to have the funds ready in a trading cash account. This is not something I like given I am an occasional buy and hold type of investor. Any other platforms that don't require pre-funded trading cash account?

    Also, which of these trading platforms provide live pricing too (ie instead of 20min delayed etc)?
