    Hi all,

    I'm doing a $30-40k reno on one of my QLD properties and have a good painter and flooring contractors. I am looking for a builder/carpenter to do some works and also need someone capable of doing a bathroom renovation.

    Looking for someone cost effective and trust worthy - needs to look good enough to sell to an owner occupier but doesn't need to be the Taj Mahal.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.
