    We initially lodged our claim in 2012 and it still hasnt been settled they keep asking for updated info and saying its going between the insurer and assesor. How do i get them to finalise the claim, surely they should know by now what they are going to to. It is causing alot of stress not knowing the outcome, and constantly providing updates.:confused::mad:
