    Sounds like there is good money to be made. Any reason why you wouldn't be putting the townhouses to market and possibly achieving a greater price?

    g-dub did say - "FSR 0.6 - this is good as the other 0.4 will be taken up by flooded impact zone"

    @g-dub how much equity do you need to inject into a project this size considering its now a commercial loan?
