    Just a quick question.

    How much does it cost to prepare architectural drawings, town planning report and council liaison for 2 townhouses (side by side) in Melbourne? This is for town planning submission.
    Surveyor and arborist not included.

    depends on the design - simple - complex, commercial (get it done) or bespoke.
    Generally for planning budget:
    3 - 4k per house
    5k for comprehensive planning services
