    Hi everyone, looking for a recommendation for someone who can draw up plans and permits for development approval, based in Logan/Ipswich area. I've already got one recommendation for Brett Richards from Pro Town Planners from a trusted friend ... and just wanted to get a second (or third) opinion, as we have 4 properties in Logan/Ipswich which we'd like to explore development options.

    Brett RIchards did a great job for me on a couple properties, wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

    Hey Benson, if you haven't already decided on a company, we used Monteath & Powys who have offices all throughout NSW, one in Sydney as well. They were extremely thorough and transparent throughout the entire process, so they come highly recommended from me.
