    Hi All,
    I have an old house in Scarborough, Qld. The block is not big enough to develop, but I am thinking about offering to buy a piece of my neighbours yard so that I can have enough land.
    Has anyone done this in the hood?
    Can anyone recommend a town planner that is familiar with the area?
