    Here's one for the smarties... What figure would you put on the development costs for this one?

    Land was bought for 3.18mil earlier in the year.

    Too big for me to calculate.

    Maybe $600k for the basement parking plus commercial
    Maybe $8m for the resi component

    Proposals like that frustrate me. It's an R60 Block so Council have written
    Deemed to Comply: A plot ratio of 0.7 or 844.9 sqm
    Proposed: A plot ratio of 2.1 or 2544.1sqm

    Not even close to complying. Over by 1700sqm!! Almost three times the compliant amount. WTF :mad:
