    I'm searching for some specific files however i'm not able to find them using Google. I'm wondering if I can find them using torrents however i've never used them before.

    Can someone recommend any torrents to use (and how to use them)?

    Thanks
    Al

    Would these be files that are copyright and you are seeking for an illegal way to obtain these? If so, please don't discuss it on this site (for our own protection).

    it might be better to post the service manuals you are looking for rather than ask about torrent sites. You can pick up some pretty nasty computer viruses and trojans from torrents.

    @Mumbai B8.5 S4.
    @bob shovel , didn't think of Ebay. I'll give that a go.
    @neK , haven't done that although I think the cost would probably frighten me.
    @AndrewTDP , good suggestion, i'll give that a go.

    You're not going to get a virus from a pdf (or movie) file.

    You can download legitimate files from torrent sites.
    As above, the Google machine should come up with something. I've seen paid pdf downloads for service manuals - although they may be as legitimate as illegal torrent files.

    +1 on this. Most car forums are a great source of information and manuals.

    Hang on. Why do you want to service a 2015 car? Whilst audi may gauge you HEAPS for a service, it is a good idea to take it to a qualified mechanic who can stamp your log book and keep the warranty running

    Really? Someone who doesn't know what they are doing can.

    How PDFs can infect your computer via Adobe Reader vulnerabilities

    Something as simple as opening a PDF file can infect your computer, and potentially allow malicious hackers to gain access to your corporate network.

    Cybercriminals create boobytrapped PDF files, exploiting vulnerabilities in PDF reading software such as Adobe Reader, and either spam them out to unsuspecting victims or plant them on websites where they lie in wait for visitors.

    Just the simple act of opening the PDF file can exploit a vulnerability to automatically download malicious code from the internet, and display a decoy PDF file to trick you into believing that nothing wrong has happened.

    True. I download linux distros from official Ubuntu torrents.

    Considering Audi is selling the service manual online, it appears any torrent version would not be legal.

    It's it a diesel? If he takes it to Audi, they'll likely re flash the computer with software that fixes the emissions defeat device, while reducing the engines power output and making it use more fuel.
