Top 3 suburbs for IP in NSW, QLD & VIC?

Looking to open up a discussion to help myself and others here to shortlist/narrow down on which are top 3 suburbs for IP currently in each of the states. Feel free to add suburbs from other states as well.
I am personally looking for investments under $500k and am a first time investor.

Im not overly familiar with Melbourne & Sydney, but i doubt you could get anything decent for under 500k in those?

You might be better to look at Tas, QLD & Adelaide?

 

Thanks, true that its almost impossible to find anything under $500k in Syd and Mel, am open to looking at neighbouring cities/regional as well in NSW and QLD with growth and yield potential. What are your top3 suburbs for IP in TAS, QLD and Adelaide?

What tools you have to verify if someone has suggested you the right suburbs that fit your criteria and will be posed for growth in future?

I have no tools to assess Ashish, just trying to get some market sentiments and what people are looking at in this market. Some of suburbs I am sure would stand out more than others which would be good starting point for a beginner like myself.

 

Have you done a re or domain search?

 

RE and Domain offer only limited search options is what I have found, I could be missing some features, let me know if you have any tips. If you know where you looking at re and domain are great, if not amongst 1000’s of suburbs, where to start is the question.

 

Adelaide - 5008
Brisbane - 4152 (750k )
Greater Brisbane - Meadowbrook 4131, Rochedale South, Boronia.
Gold Coast - hinterland
Scenic Rim - Tamborine Mtn 4272

 

Please look into NOrth and South adelaide.

North, do not go to Playford.
South, stick to beach side suburbs.
