    Word on the ground is that prices have bottomed out.

    Agents reporting that there is more owner occ interest now and prices have stabilised. Not sure whats ahead this year but after a couple of negative growth years I am assuming values hold steady throughout 2018.

    Can anyone else shed some light on this? The above was chatter from agents I have been in contact with.
