QLD Toowoomba property management

    Hi,

    Has anyone negotiated a better deal than 8.8% property management fees in Toowoomba? It seems to be on the high side

    Also, any recommendations for a good agent?

    I use Realway and they are professional and do a good job. Good inspection reports, have risen rent in line with market each renewal and they get on to maintenance quickly and get it done. I have been happy with them. I pay 8.8% though!

    Yes it does, but sometimes it's a false economy to go for the cheapest.

    This is a little different, but I am a strata manager and notice only one strata company in Toowoomba, would it be beneficial for an alternative company to enter the market to offer potential savings?
