Toowoomba: PM recommendations

Hi forum,

Chasing recommendations for a new PM in Toowoomba. There were a few suggestions on the old forum, but hoping people may have some more up-to-date info on who is good - and alternately, who to avoid.

For residential property I can recommend Sandra Collett at LJ Hooker however the PM department manager is my old PM who is very good so maybe LJ as a whole is fine. I've heard that Remax are a landlord's agent and are very strict with tenants but I haven't used them yet.

Which one did you end up going and how is your experience is so far? I am thinking of changing PM in Toowoomba as my current one is not so good. Thanks for sharing.
