    Love this commitment! Great Stuff!

Another great place to practice your negotiation skills is Asia. Some of them are really tough but if you play it right you can actually work them down. My wife gets embarrassed when I do it but its all in good fun and nine times out of ten when im bartering for that last 50 baht on a pair of sunglasses if i win I give the money to them anyway, laugh and shake their hands.

It's good fun over in China too.
The big calculator comes out and goes back and forth as you enter the counter offers.

    AGREE.

I'm looking at a property and started conditioning the agent. A low ball offer is to be expected because of the money I might need to spend to get property up to a certain standard. A check on pricefinder shows property fails to sell over a period through different methods (vintage carpet and vanity) a fresh paint and carpet will bring it up to scratch and improve the rent. Question is whether the vendor is desperate.

Its a numbers game more often than not I find. Follow your strategy until you strike diamond. Well at least gold. :) I can honestly say I have done that with every single purchase I made. Paying a price much lower than the overall value I know I can get from the deal.

Only if you know how to use it.

I'm sure for you its no problem, but heaps of people have money/equity and cant grow wealth with it. Just my opinion.
