    Hello everyone,

Does anybody have a tool/portal/website to find which suburbs in Melbourne have the most renters wanting in?

This might have been asked already, apologies if it has.

    Thanks

Check vacancy rates under 2% for suburbs. I used to use magazine like the property invester, at the end there's a list of all suburbs with their respective vacancy rates. The lower the better.

It's usually the same suburbs that have the highest buy demand, the areas with higher owner occupier ratios.

But no I don't have a tool except my own brain within ADELAIDE suburbs.
