    Don't worry about your staircase. Despite the fancy sounding name, "Caesar" stone is not real stone and is extremely cost effective to replace.

    Very expensive reason on why you should always have stop-cocks fitted to flexi hose and mixer taps plus all appliances that require mains water.
    In most states its been a legal requirement for all plumbing work for a number of years.

    I just dont see why anyone would see a need to tunnel through a spa to reach its plumbing. Its like fixing a waste pipe under a bath by smashing a hole in the bath rather than accessing the underside of the waste from downstairs or shutting of all water and then removing the bath hob.

    I hope the washers in the shower never need replacement
