    in all my years - I've never seen this from Bayswater! WOW!

    *edit* i see you have 3.5m - I think we were discussing the 3m drive minimum.

    either way ....!

    Even if Bayswater objected to a 3m wide common property access for a survey strata, wouldn't the WAPC just override them?

    haha remember bayswater being upset by gutter was 30mm or 50mm into the 3m driveway i ended up having to change the gutter to a much more inefficient one for central ave

    bayswater has to sign off on your conditional approval, if you dont provide them the 3m they wont sign off

    Understood. I thought someone had posted that Bayswater would object to reducing the access to 3m (not less) where necessary to retain an existing dwelling. But no, no one said that :oops:

    It is important for people to understand that the minimum 3 metres must be free and clear of any intrusions. Some councils may allow intrusion easements but others might require the dwelling be modified.

    i'd forgotten about that - had to change to a squareline gutter. repressed it maybe?

    didn't they have a problem with the concrete awning verandah as well?

    Haha small world. They've sold over 10 for me and probably more than that through referrals I've given them, very good operators and ethical too.

    We mightve met at some stage, I probably wasn't wearing my gold shirt that day which is why you can't remember
