Hi I'm Tobe, I migrated here from the SS forums yesterday. The forum has been a large part of my investment journey. I first became a member shortly after buying my first property in 2002. The forum, and other property investment books and meetings etc helped me shift my paradigm and begin investing in earnest. Around the same time I gave up my job as a chef and got work as a mortgage broker. Ive been investing in property and helping people get home loans ever since. Having a group of peers to bounce ideas off and get inspiration from has been an amazing part of my investing journey. I'm looking forward to being a part of this new community and continuing to learn and share about property and investment.
