    So It now looks as though a deal has been sorted on my 1st IP and even with the higher 95% LVR plus LMI the property Is yielding close to 7%, really appreciate all the replies from everyone that took the time to give me advise.
    Now that the wheels have been truly set in motion my mind settled down and the confusion has all but gone, feels good to get some skin in the game
    Good start to the year
