    Hello,

Can someone please advise me if I can perform a search somehow to find out which properties a certain individual owns? Happy to pay for it.

    Thanks

Why do you need to do it? Only a financial institution or conveyancer can do it I think due to privacy reasons. When we do these searches at work, from memory we have to tick a box declaring we are doing it for conveyancing purposes only or something like that.

Long story but a greedy uncle is disputing a will and crying poor but we know he has 4 properties and wanted to include others (if any) on the affidavit.

I tried this but I can't seem to pay for a one off search. Need to be a company as far as I can see.

You should be able to do it at the land titles website for the relevant state. But keep in mind if it is a common name you will not know whether it is hte same person you are seeking or not.

LPI uses outsourced providers hence the likes of Infotrack and Hazletts.
