I was given an office rental listing in Sydney CBD by a friend. I put it as a private advertisement on commercialrealestate.com.au for 28 days. Is there anything else I should be doing to get it leased out? I tried research, but could not find much on this.

Thanks guys, I really would appreciate any help.

Unless you are an agent holding a full licence (or working under the terms of your certificate of registration) you are in breach of the PSBAA NSW or the equivalent in your state.

I would suggest getting a licence as well as reading the Act.

List it for more than 28 days. Commercial can take months or even years to let sometimes.

Do a conjunct agreement with a specialist leasing agent
