    2009 - first PPOR
    2012 - 2nd PPOR (first place now IP)
    2014 - Married
    2015 - first child due 3 weeks, and on hunt for 2nd IP

    2007 - start double degree
    2010 - first daughter (surprise)
    2011 - engaged
    2012 - graduate
    2012 - buy PPOR (House and Land)
    2013 - decide my job sucks and go back to uni
    2014 - house finally built (If you buy house and land make sure land is titled or be prepared to wait)
    2015 - Finish uni
    2015 - get new job
    2015 - IP 1
    2016 - underpants
    2017 - ???
    2018 - profit

    I would probably be a lot further along if I didn't spend the first five years after high school working on a degree I no longer use.

    1977 - Born
    2003 - PPOR in Northern WA
    2005 - married
    2006 - child#1 born
    2006 - sold PPOR during a boom and moved to Perth WA
    2006 - PPOR - geez why didn't we keep that first one? Ah that's right, because we were TERRIFIED of investing!
    2007 - became self employed
    2008 - child#2 born
    2009 - sold PPOR and moved to Tas (ditto above)
    2009 - PPOR in rural Tas
    2011 - IP 1 - hooray! Finally took the leap
    2013 - sold PPOR and moved to the big smoke (OMG we could be the owners of 4 IPs by now!! doh)
    2013 - PPOR in Tas and we are staying put this time
    2015 - Refinanced in to a DISASTER!
    2015 - watch this space... we will get sorted and keep on buying IPs! :)

    1983 -Born
    2001- Working my butt off and Renting
    2004-started my business
    2005- hubby started his business
    2006- Married
    2008- 1st child
    2008- PPOR ( a duplex development)
    2009- 1st IP
    2010- 2&3&4 IP
    2010- 2nd Child born
    2011-finished knockdown rebuild 4th IP
    2012- Sold 4th IP house (no capitals gains tax yay!)
    2012- bought 5th IP (triplex development)
    2013- bought Reno and sold 6th
    2014- bought 7th IP
    2015- sold triplex
    2015 - expecting baby no. 3 In Aug
    2015- just bought 8th IP on Saturday
    2015- slab being poured for 3rd IP development in a few weeks

    2002 finished high shool. Started ba in history.
    2005 started as junior planner in private consultancy while studying
    2007 graduated.
    2008 promotion
    2009 promotion to senior planner
    2010 land for rezoning, acting manager planning in large consultancy then employed as senior planner for nsw government writing legislation
    2012. Sick of public service bought in to 6 month old urban design firm as a significant shareholder.
    2012-2014 grew business.
    2015. Rezoning nearly done. Business going well, about to commence own development.

    Pretty boring. But love what I do. Just need some more staff!

    Missed this part of my property journey:

    1979 - Bought Mayfair.
    1979 - Built a hotel on Mayfair.
    1979 - Went to jail. Went directly to jail. Did not collect the 200 dollars.

    1987: Born
    2005: Started apprenticeship (chippy)
    2009: Finished apprenticeship moved to Brissy from Tasmania
    2011: IP 1
    2012: Started a fly In fly out job with a drilling company.
    2013: IP 2 and overseas holiday
    2014: Engaged
    2015: The following all happened in the space of about 2 weeks.......... settled on my PPOR in Brissy, got made redundant, moved into PPOR, took off overseas for holiday and got married on Santorini (Greek Islands)

    Still overseas at the moment, in Venice, eating my way through all of the pizza and pasta you could ever want ;)

    Oh God Dan APRA sucks!! It is really starting to sting me actually (much of my chat at the Wentworthville meetup last night stemmed around APRA...).

    1993: Finished degree
    1994: Started working overseas and Married
    1995: Returned to Australia.
    1997: Bought land and built PPOR
    2001: IP1
    2003: IP2
    2004: Birth of our daughter
    2004: IP3
    2005: IP 4
    2006: IP5
    2007: IP6 & IP 7
    2009: IP8
    2013: 3 month Europe Trip
    2014: Upgraded to larger PPOR (1st PPOR becomes IP).
    2015 onwards Working on end game!! (Investment wise that is not life!)

    1997- moved to Melbourne to follow sporting career in Basketball,
    1999- landed a huge $25k contract! Lol!
    2003- built PPOR on vacant land and joined Somersoft
    2004- got married
    2005- bought PPOR2 kept 1st as IP1
    2006- started work in building industry in Melbourne which I still am today.
    2007- Son was born and we built IP2 on vacant land.
    2008- bought IP 3
    2010- moved into IP2 making it PPOR3...kept PPOR2 as IP 4.Daughter was then born
    2011- Built PPOR4 on vacant land and sold IP 2 to free up cash to do so.
    2012- bought IP 5
    2013- bought IP 6
    2014- bought IP 7 and 8
    2015- bought IP 9....which may become a dual occ site OR building PPOR5 on a few years...time wil ltell.

    2000- Started carpentry apprenticeship
    2004- Completed carpentry apprenticeship
    2005- Started my Construction Company
    2011- Bought PPOR in December
    2012- Married in March
    2012- First born arrived december (yes we had a good honeymoon lol)
    2014- Registered another company doing building inspections in June (still getting it up and running) I have been concentrating on my construction company a bit more.
    2014- Had a big accident at work and I'm still on workers Comp today so bank won't lend me money until I'm off w/c so no ip yet. Hopefully by November this year.

    2010 - 1st ip
    2011 - 2nd ip + built granny flat
    2012 - 3rd & 4th ip
    2013 - 5th, 6th & 7th ip
    2014 - 8th ip + engaged
    2015 - 9th, 10th, & 11th ip + marriage + maybe more ips?

    1982 - born in singapore
    1992 - started first "business" - selling soccer and basketball cards at school
    1996 - started second "business" - selling Magic the gathering cards and banned movies/porn
    1997 - moved to perth with family
    2000 - started uni
    2003 - started first proper business doing events and concerts, did some pretty big ones
    2004 - started working in family business after dad became unwell
    2005 - bought OTP perth apartment, grew business too quickly and went broke
    2009 - started first development with my own cash
    2010-2015 - involved in a fair few businesses as an owner in part or full, 7 atm. also done a few property projects that have been extremely lucrative. also a fan of early stage investing in public unlisted companies

    future is pretty exciting and lots of fun atm.
