    Looking at those bond yields and wondering if it is time to fix (IO investor 2 yr fixed 2.68%). Fix is 50bp below variable rate.

    Just signed to Westpac at 2.59 IO INV fixed.

    Broker. And WBC just lowered the rates further, so trying to get onto it before its settled.
