Some people aren't too concerned with longevity because they do these types of things before selling.

 

Not a problem, if you're in Western Sydney I can ask who is willing to do some sealing for a reasonable price. Need to know m2 total and some context (e.g. type of tiles and indoors vs outdoors).

Its an unusual request so I'm not sure what to expect!

 

Thanks Chabs. It actually happens. As of this morning we may have found a tradie who will respond...most say they will quote and disappear when you say you want to pay GST!
