    Good part of Morley. Not too far from the Galeria shops and train station within walking distance.
    Can't develop. But if your intent is to hold for 5 to 7 years, would go well (IMO).

    I can't help, price wise....but I don't like the step inside and the room plonked on top.

    It's got a wheelchair access at the rear and yet the house is full of steps. :)

    It would blend a bit better if colour scheme was the same, weatherboards painted dark blue-grey

    It is well located with a reasonable size block.

    Partner had a look at the property the other day. Bit run down
    Photos seem better than in person as usual.
    Spoke to the agent and the owners rejected a low 500's offer.
    Not sure whether to put an offer in for 550k?

    492m2 land value probably most of the asking price. I doubt $550k will get it, it might.

    Its struggling to sell! its gone down 20k in asking price since its been put up.
    my partner and myself decided to pass on it. will monitor over the coming months though

    there are much nicer properties available in Morley for less I would have thought?
    I'd be looking for a nicer house and look for an add value through renovation or extension.
