Just bought the 2016 Cairns Matusik report based on his no-nonsense approach.. the report had statistics but presented in an easy to read format. Mostly things I already found out through other websites such as ABS.

For the in-depth research these statistics can be found out yourself. Also no mention of any projects in the area e.g. Mount Peter, and potentially AQUIS. It really felt like I was reading template with numbers put in. Probably wouldn't buy again. If you're not one to read through statistics yourself, you could get something out of it.

I do like some of his property picks though for particular suburbs, he has good insight there from the older ones I found- - it's the generic region reports I had an issue with.

I would be looking how they scored with past predictions.

Most never seem to pick the top/booming ares, eventually you get it right, lacklustre for me unfortunately

Lindeman is also connected with Results Mentoring. He claims he is by far the most accurate when it comes to his stats and predictions.....

Please find below information on accuracy from his reports website-

    HOW ACCURATE HAVE WE BEEN?

Our housing market philosophy is simple and our predictive methodologies are highly effective.
We have analysed the performance of all suburbs in our database which featured in our predictive reports from Sept 2014 to Sept 2015.
The analysis was conducted using independent published CoreLogic RP Data and provided the following outstanding results:

Lindeman's stuff in API seems to be pretty good.
Still not sure about Matusik, I've seen him spruiking some developments in Brisbane before.

Terry Ryder is the biggest douche going. He loves his regional hotspots and articles so biased towards regional hotspots outdoing the expensive inner city houses. Wonder how Terry's portfolio is up against Yardney.

Geraldton, Townsville, Emerald, Musswellbrook, Whyalla have long be a staple of his reports. He couldn't even get melbourne right going for melton and Hoppers crossing - much better than those suburbs closer to town

    The biggest?
That's a big call. There are lot of douches out there vying for that title.

I think that's a good idea to share some useful resource here as well so that we can discuss it together.

If anyone here got the latest update on the Hotspotting suburb report like in the attached below, please share it here.

    Nice one.
Is there much mention of your suburb in there?
