    Very close to rouse hill. Heard billion dollar hospital project planned around rouse hill.

    Pitt town on the other side of Wisemans Ferry? That's like saying that the GC is part of Brisneyland.

    Agree. Flooding risks as well, although has not happened for years. Affects surrounding road rather than the town itself I believe.
