Hi All, Interested to hear peoples thoughts on Inala for an IP. I realise the current demographics of the suburb aren't ideal, but with a 3/1/1 on 600sqm + blocks in the suburb selling for low to mid $400s only 15km from the city, surely the area is due for some gentrification and decent capital growth in the medium term? Good option or do you think there are better areas to consider with a budget of around $450-500k? Thanks
I don't think it is bad at all. Maybe the depressed prices are a function of closed borders as it is quite diverse ..... but don't rule out other places either.
Prices have grown in Inala just as much really as most other suburbs in Brissy, look elsewhere I'd rather Ipswich or Springfield, albeit ofcourse further from the city
Inala is AWESOME!!! I have very very good friends there. This area has an excellent Vietnamese community and the food there is the best ever. Best Pho in the entire of Brissy. In saying that its grown quite alot already in price.
Great community indeed. Best Pho I have to agree as I know I am super fussy about pho. Investment properties - not sure about the stats for Inala. Please DYOR.
Oxley to Centenary Suburbs say Jamboree Heights will be a better option compared to Inala, as Inala has grown as others mentioned here.
