Disclaimer: I dont own this property, but it's close to my dream home, and was for sale but pulled from the market.

Can't afford it either currently, but a man can dream they say.

~ Moving of the kitchen seems a no brainer to me.
~ The outside is a sandstone block, and for the possible extension to the master bedroom I was thinking mainly windows as that side is a river frontage.
~ Possible deck connecting the Master to Kitchen/Dining and adding doors to beds 2 and 3.
~ Moving wall in between bed 2/3 to make master bigger.
~ Re-orientation for main bathroom to give better access to bed's 2/3 and 5, with bed 4 receiving it's own en-suite as a guest bedroom.

Below is a picture of the frontage showing the sandstone block and orientation in regards to the river..

Anyone else have some thoughts on what they would do with the layout?

    Many Thanks,
    Arc

Would definitely want to the kitchen moved if I was living there. So much time is spent there, would be much easier to enjoy it if was looking at that beautiful river.
Dont mind the idea of guest room given increase to 5 bedroom.
Not really sold on laundry being in main bathroom the the other two toilets are ensuites.

Love the river outlook to the side, I'd definitely be making the most of that with any renovation should you win Powerball.

Seeing as that laundry is so large I think it could be converted into a true laundry and a bathroom, no need to combine I think.

What's the room next to the garage?

I was thinking that the bathroom and laundry would both be in that area as it is existing wet area, not combined into 1 room, just unsure on how to configure.

Definitely what I would be doing were I to win powerball, haha.

I'm not looking to combine bath and laundry, just unsure on configuration.

There is a big Garage with Barn doors, small garage with roller door and then the lounge.
